The standard UUID for the Client Characteristic Configuration Descriptor (CCCD).
This descriptor is defined by the Bluetooth specification and is used to enable or disable notifications/indications on a characteristic. The value 00002902-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb is the 128-bit representation of the 16-bit UUID 0x2902.
